This document governs the use of the website rustmax.eu (RUSTMAX.EU). Using the site and making payments on it means you accept these terms.

1. Terms

Service — the RUSTMAX.EU website (rustmax.eu). User — any person using the Service (including via Steam). Payment — transfer of funds to the Service in exchange for crediting coins and/or receiving in-game items (services). Coins — units that the Operator credits to the User’s account on the site for payment; coins can be spent on in-game items and benefits for the User (e.g. server privileges). Coins may also be credited via promo codes. In-game item/service — what the User receives in exchange for coins.

2. Subject

The User makes payment through the site. For payment, the Operator credits coins to the User’s account. The User spends coins at their discretion on in-game items and services for themselves. Refunds are only possible through the site — by contacting the Operator via the means indicated on the site (contacts, contact form, etc.); no other refund channels apply.

3. Acceptance

Making payment on the site, activating a promo code, or continuing to use the Service after reading this agreement constitutes acceptance of its terms.

4. Payment and coins

Payment amounts and the equivalent coin credit are shown on the site and may change. Payment is accepted in the currency indicated on the site. Coins are credited after funds are received. Tax treatment as per applicable law.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are processed only through the site: the User submits a request via the means provided on the site (contacts, contact form, etc.). Consideration of the request and refund of funds are carried out within 72 hours of the User’s contact with the Service support.

The User may request a refund for an item (in-game service) in case of defects due to the Service’s fault or non-delivery of the item within 48 hours of payment/order. Refunds are made to the User’s payment details (payment method) used for the original payment.

Refunds and replacements are only available where the item is defective due to the Service’s fault or was not delivered within the stated timeframe. If the User changed their mind, did not like the item, etc., no refund or replacement is provided.

Refunds are only available where required by law or this agreement. Coins credited for payment are refundable in cash only in the cases set out in this section (defect due to the Service’s fault, non-delivery within the stated timeframe).

The User may cancel an order (spending of coins on an item) before the item is delivered on the game server — via the “Profile — Cart” section on the site by using the cancel option.

6. Rights and obligations

The Operator will run the Service and credit coins in accordance with the site rules and handle data in line with the Privacy Policy (see footer). The Operator may change these terms (new version published on the site), suspend access in case of breach, and request verification of data. The User must not use the Service in violation of law or this agreement.

7. Liability

Parties are liable as provided by law. The Operator is not liable for failure to provide services due to third parties or force majeure.

8. “As is”

The Service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation. The Operator may suspend access or change functionality without notice and is not responsible for third-party content or preservation of user content.

9. Final provisions

This agreement is the entire understanding between the parties. If any part is invalid, the rest remains in effect. By using the Service and making payments on the site you confirm that you are of age under applicable law and that you have read and accept these terms. Last updated: February 2026.
